Society for Good Health, Sustainable Development, and Environmental Awareness is a health organization which raises awareness of public health issues affecting vulnerable and economically disadvantaged populations in West Africa.
Research, community projects, and advocacy are our heartbeat. Our mission is simple:
- explore health issues affecting local populations
- engage and equip communities
Our research explores relationships between health and poverty, housing, the environment, and social factors affecting women, children, slum-dwelling populations, and vulnerable groups to better understand the burden and patterns of ill-health.
Community projects target gaps in local health service delivery: supply of medicines, equipment and devices to communities in need.
